The rate that I charge for mentoring is £35 per hour.

I charge the same rate for in person, online and telephone consultations. If meeting outside of the Lancaster area I may need to charge for travel and time but this will be agreed prior to meeting. I will always agree anticipated payment before proceeding with consultations. Payment can made by BACs or cash.

Where possible I would recommend that you consider an initial two hour session as a minimum when we first start working together. It is surprising how quickly the time goes during the mentoring sessions and two hours initially is a good time for me to understand your work and what your hopes are for the future. During our initial discussions we can discuss how long the sessions may be. You can of course book as many sessions as you wish.

At the end of each meeting we will always draw up a plan for you to work towards and for us to review at the beginning of each subsequent session.
